Patch Notes 09.1

This is the follow-up we promised for patch 09.1. There's some bug fixes, all the Wardog card balancing left out of the previous patch and, most importantly, it lays important groundwork for the equilibrium and matchmaking system.

Bug fixes:

- Fixed a bug where the Protector was not applying his resistances correctly on A Fistful of Sand.
- Fixed a bug on rewards where Raiders skill bonus was not applying correctly when playing as Antagonist. 
- Fixed several bugs that made players not able to respawn. 
- Fixed a bug where Antagonist spawn points were not selecting correctly on A Breath of Hope.
- Fixed a bug where weapons forged with Extended Clip were starting with their default number of bullets.
- Fixed a bug that made the game crash if Schneider's drone was deployed during a host migration. 
- Fixed a bug where clients were not able to see Guardian's lasers on A Breath of Hope. 


Matchmaking system 

We've improved our matchmaking system to use different configurations for different types of players. In the past, we had to focus on improving the average player's experience, but we found up that this didn't respond to high and low MMR players’ needs properly.

- Improved Antagonist matching accuracy for low MMR players 
- Improved queue waiting times for high MMR players 



Progression

With the massive buffs to cards coming in this and previous patches, player power has increased. This is part of the plan to move power away from non-playable aspects like passives and strengthen systems with more depth and player expression like cards:

- Reduced Armor, Resistance and Brute Force passive bonus 

Aequilibrium

We created what we called "League tiers": now Aequilibrium leagues will have a level barrier, so players will be grouped in a more consistent way. This is the first step towards a number of new features we're not quite ready to talk about yet ;)

- Aequilibrium leagues now are structured on groups of levels 4-9, 10-19, 20-29, 30-39. 40-49, 50-99 and 100+ 
 - Increased the weight of players' continent and country to group them on the same league.
